I suggest you remove them all.

This is the default, you don't have to specify it.

Do you know what this option does?
If not, please remove it.

--enable-muxer=mpeg2* should work.

Looking at your configure line, I suspect 
what you want is --disable-programs.

Why do you believe that this problem has anything 
to do with FFmpeg?
