I have a Pro-res file created from Davinci Resolve Lite on Mac: 2336x1752,
24 fps, 10-bit, 4:4:4

I'm unable to work with the file however in ffmpeg as a simple probe
produces an error.
My ultimate goal is to slow down the clip from 24 fps to 16 fps without
dropping frames, and hopefully, without re-encoding.
