...which has some very bad advice on the use of ffmpeg. "-sameq" no
longer exists, and didn't make much sense. More seriously, the
instructions let you convert the video twice instead of just copying
the original video stream back into the resulting file.

The main intent, the sox audio part, may be correct, I can't comment on
that. :-)
