[FFmpeg-user] Problem with DAR and SAR readout from AVCI-50 and DNxHD MXFs

Hello,

I am testing many MXFs (Op1a) with AVC-Intra and DNxHD from different
encoder programs or plugins.
With 4 files (2 anamorphotic AVCI and 2 FULL HD DNxHD) I have problems
to get the right DAR and SAR.

All files are 16:9:
DNxHD files are 1920x1080 FULL HD
AVCIntra files are anamorphic (AVCIntra Class50 1440x1080), no problem
with FULL HD AVC-Intra files

the 4 testfiles (2 packed in 1 zip) can be downloaded here (one is very
big, 1GB, sorry but I want to keep the original):

The Problem is that ffmpeg reads out following:
1.) AVCI files - DAR = 1:1 / SAR = 3:4.
2.) DNxHD files - DAR 0:1 = / SAR = 0:1

By using ffprobe -show_frames, and checking the video frames following
comes out (see xml files in the ZIP files):
AVC_Intra Files: sample_aspect_ratio = 3:4
DNxHD Files: no information

I checked the files with Mediainfo and Mediainfo show the correct aspect
ratio 16:9.
Using MXF BMX and checked the "Aspect Ratio" information:
3 files have 16/9,
1 AVCIntra file has 5760/3240 (= 16/9)
