[FFmpeg-user] stream simple mp4 with ffserver

Thank you.

I test fresh Fedora and ffmpeg again and use sample config without
changing anything and now after running ffserver and run this command :

> ffmpeg -i test.mp4 http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm

And then I went to http://localhost:8090/feed1.ffm but is says:

> This feed is already being received.

What is wrong?
