I don't know but possibil that video u stream is raw format. I'm not
expert but possibil that is not best for streaming. Best video codec
for stream is mpeg-2 and x264. Try to play video using ffplay not vlc
or if is possibil try to encode first using mpeg2video for video and
mp2 for audio.
Also, be shure that your network suport UDP multicast. I'm not expert
in network details but for openwrt routers need to do some aditional
settings. Check your router type and see if are some problems with udp
multicast.
