[FFmpeg-user] how to detect a 264 or 265 file

If your question is FFmpeg-related:
Run "ffmpeg -i file" to detect if a file is 
h264 or h265 or call the relevant libavformat 
functions from your software.

If your question is not FFmpeg-related you 
should probably ask elsewhere (or read the 
FFmpeg sources).

Both formats do not have headers.
