[FFmpeg-user] Disabling crypto libraries in FFMPEG

libavutil   - multimedia-biased utility library
libavformat - multimedia muxing and demuxing library
libavcodec  - media streams decoding and encoding library

no idea why you think that has anything to do with encryption
there are *essential* libraries and at the end *this is* ffmpeg
