[FFmpeg-user] Not using all resources

Did some more testing. 1 source. Once encoded with ffmpeg from todays  git and handbrakecli as well. Got ‘compatible’ command lines at least to what media info is telling me about the x264 parameters.
Perhaps I’m missing something but I don’t see any differences although x264 and fdk_aac and command lines are equal it results a slightly different filesize. Strange, very strange. Both don’t use all CPU resources although handbrake does slightly better. 

During encoding with ffmeg as well as Handbrake this comes by:
[h264 @ 0x4f03300] Found reference and non-reference fields in the same frame, which is not implemented. Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.
