[FFmpeg-user] Minimum Hardware

hi! 

years ago was tried, low times, with ffmpeg, but never got times less to 1sec, the best performance was 3secs.

And it was working with intel dualcores and with less resolution than HD, anyway when u speak about HD u mean full hd 1920x1080 or ? pls spec resolution.
