a) Please put it on the list.
b) You didn't actually paste everything, it ends as such:

   That's not where ffmpeg ends.

What are you trying to achieve with -r 30.01? (BTW, both your input
videos report 30.02. Why did you choose 30.01?) For setting the
framerate of the color video source, use
  -f lavfi -i color=black:s=1280x720:r=30.02
And you don't need to trim, the color source also has a "duration"
parameter.

(About the rest I'm not sure. Fix the color source first, then provide
the log please.)
