A few comments about your configure line:

You may want to use --disable-programs

> bash: --disable-symver: command not found

I believe this should not be necessary, if it is, please report the bug!

> bash: --extra-cflags=-Os -fpic -marm: command not found

Do you know if this is needed / makes sense / is useful?
