[FFmpeg-user] FFMPEG build issue arm-linux-androideabi-gcc is unable to create an executable file. C compiler test failed.

Hi,
I have tried the above code on my terminal he gives me "No such file or
directory" error.
and when I tried below code
mindbowser at ubuntu:~/FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/ffmpeg-3.1.2$ ./configure
--cross-prefix=./FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/toolchains/arm-linux-androideabi-4.9/prebuilt/linux-x86_64/bin/arm-linux-androideabi-
--arch=arm --target-os=android
--sysroot=./FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/platforms/android-24/arch-arm
--cpu=cortex-a8

 give me following error.
./FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/toolchains/arm-linux-androideabi-4.9/prebuilt/linux-x86_64/bin/arm-linux-androideabi-gcc
is unable to create an executable file.
C compiler test failed.

If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from Git.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-user at ffmpeg.org mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
Include the log file "config.log" produced by configure as this will help
solve the problem.

My Directory structure in the following way.
FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/ffmpeg-3.1.2
FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/ndk-build and condigure file is
FFMPEG/android-ndk-r12b/ffmpeg-3.1.2/configure
