[FFmpeg-user] Need help; willing to pay

Wow thanks Carl.  Two questions.

1. Is 1.65s consistent on both ends of the video & in both videos?
2. If so, can cut (on both ends), transcode & merge be scripted with bash &
ffmpeg?
