[FFmpeg-user] What is the correct way to cut the video with ffmpeg?

Sorry.  My issue was solved by Cley Faye-san's post.  So I deleted this sample.

In summary, I have decided to re-encode the portion of non key frame to next 
key frame (call it part a), and cut the video at same key frame (call it part b).
I use Avidemux to make 2 parts.  And concat them using ffmpeg's concat demuxer.

The resulting video plays fine with QuickTime Player and MPC-HC both have 2 
seconds black screen at start up.
