[FFmpeg-user] Problem decoding H263+ Codec from RTP stream

What you do now is that you are creating a file 
that I suspect is not specified (or is it?) then you 
tell FFmpeg it is another kind of of file and then 
you are surprised that FFmpeg cannot decode it.

Please provide a sample file and please do not
