Didn't try to analyze it, but that might explain why i can produce
lower bitrate through re-encoding. Pretty sure the folks in TV editing
are happy if they just got their SW tools to run at all with all
those nerd knobs they don't understand ;-)

Could be moiree directly from camera.

I like the scene from 11:20 to 11:30 with a moving LCD panel. It's great
to check out quality of re-encoding with deinterlacing (using the interlaced
pal version from the live broadcast). Alas, the obvious became clear:
if i downscale the HD version, the result is better than just using the
interlaced pre-downscaled version.
