[FFmpeg-user] ISO mp4 Major Brand field non-compliant

Ok, looks like that was the main problem. Sadly, any mp4 that is longer
than a few minutes won't play correctly anyway.. Not sure why. Deciding to
use mkv instead as it appears to work better.
