[FFmpeg-user] Can't get a/v synchronisation right with mpeg transport stream that has gaps in it

I am still hoping it's not a bug but a simple operating error on my side 
i.o.w. something I didn't understand correctly. I have great respect for 
the ffmpeg developers (no pun).
