Slower would have taken forever. So I cancelled that.

I tried it then with:
    -vcodec libx265 -crf 23 -af volume=3 -preset fast

It took almost two hours, but it looks very good and the size is only
115 MB. So I think the organisation cannot complain. :-D

When converting everything I probably cannot use my computer for a
day, but I can live with that. Or I could do it just only at the
moments that I do not (really) need the computer and it takes a little
longer.
