ffmpeg output occurs very lag.How to resolve it ?

My config is here : 

ffmpeg -i 'udp://x.x.x.x?fifo_size=1000000\&overrun_nonfatal' -r 25
-keyint_min 25 -vsync 0 -refs 1 -trellis 1 -b:v 300k -vf
"yadif,hqdn3d=1.5:1.5:6:6,scale=480:268" -aspect 16:9 -c:a libfaac -af
pan=1:c0=c1 -strict 44100 -b:a 64k  -c:v libx264 -g 50 -f flv
'rtmp://url/trTest.stream'  </dev/null >/dev/null 2>/var/log/ffmpeg.log &

What's going wrong, please help me ?
