[FFmpeg-user] Need Help : HOW-TO:Compile Kodi for Windows

Dear team,

we have tried to build Kodi from windows but we are getting error while
building "*make-mingwlibs.bat* (in tools\buildsteps\win32)" so please help
us to resolve the issue.
