As already mentioned, the hardware acceleration of your browser can
apparently not be captured.

You're using gdigrab for video. Have you tried adding the dshow capture
device?

If you install it, your "ffmpeg -list_devices true -f dshow -i dummy"
should show a new video device "screen-capture-recorder". Perhaps that
works for you. (I have no experience with it - it may suffer the same
limitation. Please do report.)
