[FFmpeg-user] small mp4 videos for advertisement

Many ways to go after this. Just to get you started:

ffmpeg -i $INPUT -c:v libx264 -an -s 720x940 -crf 16 -maxrate 450k
 -bufsize 380k -pix_fmt yuv420p $OUTPUT

the -an loses the audio, which I assume you don't need.
