I tried to use "ffmpeg -i video2.avi -filter:v "setpts=0,996932336679635*PTS" -qscale:v 1 video2_a.avi" to change the duration or change the frame rate but at the end there is a delay issue when I apply the audio.

Why is the duration different (after a visual inspection)?
Has one file more content at the beginning? Or at the end?
Or is a scene missing from one file?
Or are they simply different?

Or are you sure that playback time / speed is the only difference?

Please avoid top-posting here, Carl Eugen
