[FFmpeg-user] Does libcdio indev AVOptions works with macOS?

Hello ffmpeg experts…

I have got an interest with cdparanoia. And then I can use cdparanoia from the source code of https://www.xiph.org/paranoia/

Now, I am trying to use this function with ffmpeg. ffmpeg seems to support cdparanoia via libcdio. Then I compiled latest libcdio and libcdio-paranoia, compile ffmpeg with —enable-libcdio, and then success.

But when I try to read cd with ffmpeg, it does not work at all.

My Audio CD Drive info:

$ drutil status
 Vendor   Product           Rev
 PIONEER  BD-RW   BDR-XD05  1.21

           Type: CD-ROM               Name: /dev/disk4
       Sessions: 1                  Tracks: 11

    Writability:

$ ffmpeg -f libcdio -i /dev/disk4 -c:a alac test.mp4

returns following result:

And if I supply input as like the following:

$ ffmpeg -f libcdio -i /Volumes/Count\ Basie\ \&\ Sarah\ Vaughan -c:a alac test.mp4

It returns:

I don’t know how can I supply my Audio CD info to ffmpeg.

Is it come from restriction of libcdio?

Can’t I use cdparanoia with ffmpeg on macOS?

Best Regards,
