[FFmpeg-user] How can I expose an rtsp stream using ffmpeg

Thanks. But I was wondering what is the idiomatic way to expose an rtsp
stream using ffmpeg. Does that mean we cannot do rtsp streaming using pure
ffmpeg at all ?
