[FFmpeg-user] image2 examples missing `-f image2`, can that be right?

Thank you, I appreciate your willingness to help, and I appreciate the 
explanation. That doesn't let the project as a whole off the hook, however.

In the Wiki, sometimes. In the oral history of the mailing lists, 
sometimes. That they are not in the formal docs is a weakness of the 
project.
