[FFmpeg-user] anlmdn filter

I am trying to use the `anlmdn` filter but I'm not having any luck.  It is
described here:

The command I'm using is:

  ffmpeg -i $INPUT -af anlmdn $OUTPUT

I'm on Ubuntu 19.04 and it says "*no such filter*":
