[FFmpeg-user] Synchronize with wall clock

Hi,

I am trying to synchronize a live stream with external events using the
timestamp in the manifest. I have tried to use the
"use_wallclock_as_timestamps" parameter. Doing this I get a timestamp in
the manifest, but I do not understand how to convert this to a readable
time? It does not seem to be based on epoch

StreamStartTimestamp="103825605600"
TimeScale="90000"

Is there some other way to do achieve what I am trying to do?
