Dear Team,

I have a 15 min video file from which I want to extract a part starting from fifth second and end to 10 mins 5 secs. I used the below command:-

ffmpeg -i start.wma -ss 00:00:05 -t 00:10:00 -c copy VideoClip.wma

The issue is :-
There is a loss of initial 5-8 seconds frames and I get video directly jumping to 00:00:10 instead of 00:00:05.

However reencoding the video works fine but takes too much time.

Please provide the solution to tackle with this without reencoding.

With best regards,
Hansel Gracias
