Thanks for that.

Before you told me this, I did try the words "high" or "main", but I put in 
quotes either single or double and got errors.

Does MPEG2 still have the -level:v options?  This is all that is said:

level integer (encoding,audio,video)
Possible values:

‘unknown’

In the past, I found you could use 2, 4, 5, 6. or 8
