I already have mpeg2 video from tv tuner with hardware encoding.
/dev/video0 can be opened only once and I should have several streams - unicast, multicast, unicast, http ts and http flv. Now I am using vlc, but I have audio-sync issued when transcoding to flv. So I decided trying switch to ffmpeg/ffserver.
