[FFserver-user] FFserver on Windows

Hi,
  I want to use FFsever to stream live video from some of my cameras, but I
could not find any installer/help on how to install ffserver on MS Windows.
Could you please give me the following information:
1) A URL or something from where I can download ffserver.
2) How to install ffserver on windows.
3) And a guide of how to use it for streaming video. (URL etc.)
