[Libav-user] av_read_frame() stops returning audio packets after avcodec_decode_audio2() returns <0

I have much the same problem on a MPEG-2 TS from a Satellite receiver. (only
some channels)

Once the audio goes bad, thats it - it never recovers for some reason
unbeknownst to me :D
