[Libav-user] Extraction of frame at particular instants

avformat_seek_file seeks to the closest keyframe before either a time
position (if your container supports this) or frame number. From there you
have to decode until you reach your desired frame.

 

>I have a list of time instants (in seconds) and I want to extract only
those frame.
>How can i extract them?
