[Libav-user] Video with Multiple Resolutions

AVI is not good for it... even Microsoft itself would not recommend it.
I suggest you to use HLS (HTTP Live Stream)... it's free and works pretty
fine.

If you really want to use something from Microsoft, you would have to use
Microsoft Smooth Streaming.
