[Libav-user] Problems cross compiling ffmpeg 0.9.1 for windows using ubuntu 11.04 32-bit

I'd try configure options used here
http://win32.libav.org/
if no luck, then contact libav.org (ffmpeg fork) guys as they maintain
these builds, to ask what environment they use.
Their recommendations should lead you to successful build of ffmpeg,
as forks are not so far diverged.
