[Libav-user] force rtsp input over tcp

[gstream at ccc2.com]

Hi All,
I have noted that a rtsp input will rollover to TCP if an UDP timeout
occurs. Can I force TCP as an option so UDP is not the default?

I have tried -i "rtsp://xx.xx.xx.xx:yyyy/blah?tcp" with...
..."Invalid data found when processing input"
