As long as you comply with the LGPL, you can sell your program. See the
License page on ffmpeg.org for more information.
You should be aware, however, that depending on how you configure ffmpeg,
you may have to use the GPL. Be sure to not --enable-gpl when configuring
ffmpeg.
Also be aware that some codecs may be patented, and if you use those codecs
you may have to obtain a license from the patent holder (which is not
ffmpeg). You should consult a technical lawyer if you plan on commercially
releasing a program, though, to try and be safe. I'm not a lawyer and can't
say what is and isn't patented.
