[Libav-user] Convert MP4 1280x720 to MPG 1280x720

Hello Michael

That did it. Eliminated "ntsc-dvd" and now it works fine.

ffmpeg -i MyKitty.mp4 -vf scale=1280:720 -idct h264 -sameq MyKitty.mpg
