[Libav-user] Fixed rate i-frame

Hi
Do you think the bellow command grantee that i get just one i-frame among
25frames? (focus on -keyint_min 25 -g 25)

ffmpeg -i c:\test.mpg -an -vcodec libx264 -threads 0 -f h264 -keyint_min 25
-g 25 C:\test.264

What if i need one i-frame every each seconds?
