I uploaded two shortened samples from the same camera to
/incoming/avchd_samples_with_no_keyframes_after_first.

If my debug output is correct, both contain no B-slices/frames (I just
noticed that) but they do contain I-slices/frames. If I am not missing
something, those I-Frames should be valid random access points then.

Neither demuxer nor decoder report a keyframe after the first frame. I
guess a ticket could be justified. You decide.
