[Libav-user] VFR and CFR and libav

I tried this:

    ffmprobe IN.avi -show_frames | grep pkt_pts_time

Is that the correct way to look t time stamps?  Are those the real
timestamps, or are those fake time stamps that were invented to
conform to CFR?

Also, how can I tell if the video is vfr or cvf based on those timestamps?
