[Libav-user] How to get Movtion Vector (MV) and Motion Vector Difference (MVD) from h264 decoder

Hi all,

I am working on an experiment which needs MV and MVD data as input
parameters from h264 decoding process. I am not sure how the right steps
and APIs that I should use are. Could you guys give me some advices please?

I am a new bady on libav*. Any advice will be appreciated!
