[Libav-user] nb_streams is not initialized it is always zero

Hi,


    I am trying to executed the example program encoding_decoding.c  example
program given in the ffmpeg folder downloaded from github. When I try to
execute the program ill get the following run time error. The problem:
AVFormatContext::nb_streams has zero value. nb_stream is not initialized.
