[Libav-user] nb_stream is always 0

hi,

    I am trying to execute the example code  decoding_encoding.c  given in
ffmpeg source code. code executes correctly upto av_dumpformat. but the
nb_streams is always 0 and it is not initialized. Thanks in advance
