[Libav-user] MPEG-TS continuity counter

This sounds like a (old) ticket that I was unable 
to reproduce (but should not be too difficult to 
fix). How can I reproduce that the counter gets 
reset? (Without a stream analyzer I mean.)

Is this an issue with the segmenter or the mpegts 
muxer?
