[Libav-user] MTS Seeking Issue

Hear is a file i have on which av_seek_frame updates the pos value to 
768. no matter where i try to seek it seeks to this very position and 
there are series of files i have with which i am facing the same problem.
Below i have added the media info of the file. Any help with this would 
be really helpful.
