[Libav-user] Audio sliding

I am attempting to record video from a camcorder through a video capture 
card, and voice captured through a mic connected to the computer.  I am 
having issues getting the video and audio synced during play back.  Is 
the frame rates the only thing I can play with to get these in sync, or 
is there something else I can tweak to sync these up?
